Students must always behave in a professional manner during lessons and events. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of the course without refund.

No food or drink around the equipment, failure to comply will result in full liability for the cost of fixing/replacing any damaged equipment. 

MADE Academy does not operate on a refund basis. From the date of first payment students are not entitled to any reimbursement. 

Students must attend all lessons and events on time, and with the relevant equipment. (If students do not have equipment, your tutor will provide temporary equipment for your lesson).

Please disclose any serious medical conditions in writing before attending your first lesson. 

Notice of absence must be given 24 hours prior to lessons and 48 hours prior to events, failure to do so will result in the lesson being deducted. 

MADE Academy operate on a first come first served basis, therefore we often have waiting lists. Students are not guaranteed to commence their course immediately after payment and start dates and waiting times may vary. (We aim to get students started as soon as possible). 

Additional DJ opportunities and events are awarded based on students; attitude and ability, and are not guaranteed as part of the course.
